Our Storm Damage Roof Repair reports note both storm damage and any pre-existing wear separately, which adjusters appreciate.
Full insurance and licensing documentation available on request.
Post-storm call volume spikes fast — our Novi crews prioritize active leaks first, then work through the queue.

We've seen what speeds a claim through and what slows it down, and we document accordingly.
Storm damage covers a range of issues — here's what falls under our Storm Damage Roof Repair service.
Hail damage often shows as bruised or missing granules rather than obvious cracks, and it's easy to miss from the ground.
We check shingle tabs and seal lines across the whole roof, not just the visibly missing sections.
Debris removal and structural assessment happen together, not as two separate visits.
We document storm damage with photos and measurements formatted for how Novi, MI carriers typically review claims.
We scope the repair to match what actually happened during the storm, not a generic estimate.
We check gutters and downspouts alongside the roof, since storm damage rarely stops at the roofline.
Storm damage assessments move a little slower than a routine repair call, since documentation quality matters for your claim.
We check for hail bruising, lifted shingles, and debris impact across the full roof.
You receive a written damage report and repair estimate, formatted for insurance claim purposes if needed.
We follow up to make sure the repair holds through the next storm season.
Hail damage wasn't obvious to us, but they found it and documented it properly for the claim.
